Admissions Process
Preschool:
Families must apply using the link provided below. Once we receive your child’s application, our office will contact you to schedule an assessment/observation. A copy of the child's birth certificate and immunization record must be submitted at the time of the assessment.
KG - 5th Grade:
Families must apply using the link provided below. Once we receive your child’s application, our office will contact you to schedule testing.
Testing serves as the preliminary basis on which we evaluate each application.
If a student passes the initial assessment, the family must submit all additional required documentation for final approval.
This documentation is very important, as final approval is based on both the initial testing results and the review of all required documents.
Required documents for final approval are:
OST scores
MAP scores
Behavioral report (if applicable)
Report cards
Transcripts (for high school)
Middle & High School

In addition, middle and high school students will participate in an in-person interview with our Head of School, Dr. Ghada Al Sadoon.
After all steps are completed, a final decision will be made. Families will be notified via phone call and/or email if their child has passed the admissions process. The enrollment email will be sent to families based on seat availability.
